In his role, Adam will work closely with the executive management team to develop and execute an investor relations strategy, enhance the organization’s performance and value, and serve as the primary contact between the investment community and the company.
Adam brings a wealth of experience to Perpetual Industries, having served as Director of Business Development at IRPUB, LLC Investor Relations and Marketing Firm in Florida. His strong sales background, experience with several CRM platforms, and entrepreneurial way of thinking will be instrumental in developing and maintaining an ongoing stock market support system for the company.
Adam’s responsibilities include managing investor inquiries and contacts, supporting broker relations, recommending financing sources, and providing introductions for access to capital. He will also initiate an outreach program targeting key investment professionals and establish relationships with financial writers, bloggers, and retail investors.
